Stalls will be extra $10 per stall if not ordered in advance.
             No overnight tie ups.        

                
Entries will close on Feb. 16th! 

Entries will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

 

There will be two Go’s and a Championship Short Go Round in each division, High School and Junior High with the top 15 from each event.

THE $90 ENTRY FEE IS A SINGLE FEE THAT WILL COVER THE FIRST AND SECOND GO'S AS WELL AS THE SHORT GO FOR QUALIFIERS.


Event champions will be awarded on the average of all three Go’s

.

Optional Rodeo Jackpotting is available for a total of $60 which will cover all three go's. 1st, 2nd, and Short Go.


100% of jackpot fees will be paid back. If entering the Team Roping jackpot, both partners must enter. Jackpotting fees are non-refundable.

 

Event tickets will be sold at the door. Contestants will have free entrance.

**Any cancellations must include a written doctor or vet slip and will be subject to a cancellation fee.  Fees will not be refunded after the draw is done and sent. Jackpot fees are non-refundable.

 

Additional Events

Separate Barrels, Poles, Tie Down, Breakaway, and Team Roping Jackpots will be held in conjunction with the rodeo as well as a Dummy Roping. Please see schedule for more information.

This event will be a tour stop for Junior High and High School contestants (Senior and Novice JRA Card Holders). Not only does it count for tour points, but the *top two contestants from Bareback and Saddle Bronc in each division events advance to the Mountain States Regional Finals to be held in the fall!!

This is one tour event that entries and prize payout will be coordinated by event host!!!

*Must carry a JRA tour card or obtain on or before event if wanting to advance to the Finals. click link below to get a JRA card.

Intermountain Icebreaker High School & Jr High Invitational Rodeo
February 27th, 28th, March 1st, & 2nd, 2019

All current High School and Jr. High students are welcome to participate.  NHSRA Rules will be followed, unless otherwise stated.

Events for High School members will include:
Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding, Barrels, Poles, Breakaway,

Goat Tying, Tie Down and Team Roping

 

Events for Junior High members will include:

Jr Bareback (on ponies), Jr Saddle Bronc (on ponies), Jr Bulls, Jr Barrels, Jr Poles, Jr Boys and Girls Breakaway, Jr Boys and Girls Goat Tying, Chute Dogging, Jr Tie Down and Jr Team Roping.

Jr High Boys can do either Boys Breakaway OR Tie Down, not both!

NOTE: Junior High Members can choose to move up and enter High School Events except for the Rough Stock!

  • Buckles awarded to the top three placing in each go and the average

Junior High Awards will be as follows:
